Reflections of the Cosmos Astronomical Itinerary
Thanks to the generosity of The Arthur and Holly Magill Foundation, American Friends has helped fund the "Reflections of the Cosmos" itinerary created by Astrophysicist, Montserrat Villar.
The route focuses on the presence of celestial bodies and advancing knowledge in astronomy as reflected in art of the past through a selection of works from artists such as Bosch, Rubens, Patinir, Murillo, Zurbaran or Tiepolo.
